We will talk with guests Professor emeritus Takeshi Yoro of the University of Tokyo and Hiromi Wada, writer/sales consultant and author of “Secrets of a 98% Contract Success Rate” regarding the common points of companies loved by employees, customers, and society (theory, being commercially-minded, achieving satisfaction for all). There will also be a live in-venue discussion session using questions prepared in advance and questionnaire answers to learn more about practical and much loved business techniques and practices.
